Delivery information
Our standard delivery network includes UPS, DPD, Direx and local courier partners. The carrier is selected based on the destination, parcel characteristics and operational requirements.
For certain destinations, the shipment may be transferred to a local courier partner for final delivery. The name of the carrier may therefore vary and will be confirmed in the tracking information after dispatch.
The selection of a different carrier does not change the delivery price displayed at checkout.
The estimated delivery time for Greece and Romania is 1–2 business days. UPS Express is not available for these destinations.
For Cyprus and Malta, standard delivery takes approximately 8–10 business days and may be completed by a local courier partner.
UPS Express
UPS Express is available for an additional €17 where indicated in the table.
For orders below the applicable free delivery threshold, the €17 UPS Express upgrade is added to the standard delivery charge.
If an order qualifies for free standard delivery, the customer pays only the €17 UPS Express upgrade.
For Cyprus and Malta, the total UPS Express delivery charge is €36, as free standard delivery is not available for these destinations.
